About the Game

During the course of his business as a devil hunter for hire, Dante crosses paths with a beautiful red-haired woman named Lucia. She claims to be the protector of a place called Dumary Island, and asks Dante to accompany her there. Upon arrival he meets Lucia's mother, Matier, who claims to be deeply familiar with the demon knight Sparda. Matier tells Dante of a man named Arius who is plotting to use the secrets of Dumary Island to raise Argosax the Chaos, and requests Dante's help in defending the island.
