Loved the expansion overall. New weapons and build options are fantastic, and a few of these boss fights are among FromSoft’s best. Some late-game difficulty spikes feel borderline cruel even by their standards, but if you like the challenge it delivers.

I wanted to love Nightreign more. There’s brilliant content here, but the balancing feels inconsistent and some areas drag. A few fights crossed the line from challenging to annoying for me. Still worth playing for fans, just not flawless.

Good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as the original experience. The world is gorgeous, but some boss design leans too heavily into spectacle and aggression for my taste. It can feel exhausting rather than rewarding at times.
