Marvel Rivals is another entry into the already growing list of Hero Shooters and somehow manages to standout in this competing genre. From the character designs, to the unique gameplay/character mechanics it excels. No two characters feel the same when you play them and it’s a damn hard feat to achieve because of it’s diverse and big roster of heroes to choose from. The gameplay’s smooth, simple, fast paced and adrenaline-inducing which just makes this game compelling to play even if you are on the losing side. But it is not all rainbows and sunshine in this banger of a game because it struggles with balancing out the characters. The devs buff and nerf characters every season and every season it just feels like they keep missing the mark. The s0 and s1 character and their abilities felt balanced but right now it just feels like it’s all over the place and while we are on the subject of balance…too many dps and not many support characters. Every month the devs at netease are releasing tanks and support alternatively but they always make sure to release a dps with them everytime which just starts to feel unfair to the tank and support players who might want to try a dps. Because of the less number of tanks and support characters, new players are more likely to try out dps rather than the other roles.
Overall an enjoyable title and the unbalanced aspect of the game doesn’t take away from the things, the team at netease have achieved with the title.

Honestly a really good game! The art style is done really well and overall Marvel Rivals has a very polished feel to it. The different characters offer a unique fighting experience to whatever play style you feel most comfortable with. That being said, some changes should be made to make certain characters more balanced as a few are simply too powerful or not nearly enough. Considering the game is free to play, I’d recommend this to anybody looking for a new, exciting video game experience or simply one who is into the superhero genre!

One of the best multiplayers I've played in a log time for real.. Marvel cooked with this one ..it's just that I hate the flyer meta in season 2 and just remove squirrel girl from this game 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️or at least don't make her so powerful that she can destroy literal comic gods with just her nuts (no innuedos here btw)🤣.
