About the Game
The game takes place on an unnamed island kingdom where a deadly illness known as the Malaise has spread, reanimating the dead and mutating them into aggressive monsters. The player takes on the role of an amorphous creature called the Prisoner, fighting their way through a constantly evolving castle to slay the island's King.
